Mywood Properties offers a selection of residential units. Our units are located within short walking distance to downtown Newport and the beautiful waterfront of Lake Memphremagog. All of our tenants have close, free and easy access to off-street parking. Our residential buildings are situated throughout the downtown area, providing tenants with a variety of convenient amenities such as restaurants, cafes, laundromats and grocery stores.

Units range in size and style from single bedroom furnished studio apartments to three bedroom top floor penthouse suites. Some units provide additional amenities such as on-site washer and dryer, ready to move-in furnishings for the traveling professional, and partial furnishings upon request. Several of these units are located in a quiet corner of a commercial building which, on the ground level, houses one of the Northeast Kingdom’s oldest continuously operated natural food stores, Newport Natural Market and Cafe. Tenants can walk downstairs in their slippers to grab a gallon of milk or enjoy a hot latte, a great benefit on a cold winter day.
